About the Role

PixelPro Devices is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk & Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Mombasa. This role involves welcoming customers, handling inquiries, managing sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Provide product information and guide customers in making purchases.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the front desk and showroom organized and presentable.
• Schedule and coordinate repair service appointments.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain stock records and assist in inventory management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or front desk roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and computers is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
