PixelPro Devices, a trusted name in smartphone and computer repair services in Kenya, is expanding its Nairobi team. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Phones & Computer Repair Technician to join us in delivering top-quality repair solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

• Handle repairs for hardware and software issues including screens, batteries, charging ports, motherboards, operating systems, and data recovery.

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.

• Maintain proper documentation of repair jobs and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in mobile phone repair and computer repair (hardware & software).

• Knowledge of Apple and other major brands.

• Ability to work with tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Diploma or certification in IT, electronics, or related field is an added advantage.
