Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and other mobile device components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motherboards, power supply, and storage devices.
• Install, update, and configure operating systems and software.
• Perform data recovery and backup services.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Ensure proper handling and care of tools and repair equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in repairing mobile phones and computers.
• Ability to work with different brands (Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software installations and data recovery techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
