How to Sync Your Replacement Left AirPod
Once you receive your replacement, follow these steps to pair it with your current setup:
- Place both AirPods in your charging case and charge for at least 30 minutes.
- Open the lid of the charging case and check the status light. It should flash amber.
- Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for 5 seconds. The status light should flash white.
- If the light remains amber, connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 10 minutes before retrying.
- On your iPhone, go to the Home screen.
- Open the charging case lid (with both AirPods inside) and hold it near your iPhone. A setup animation will appear.
- Tap Connect, then tap Done.
